Scheduling Your Mediation

If all sides have agreed to use one of our professional mediators and they wish to schedule a date, please email and provide the following information:

1) Your preferred mediation dates and/or time frame

2) While no court activity is required for facilitative-style mediation, if you have received a court order directing you to mediate, please provide the following specifics:

A) Court of the pending action; 

B) Judge assigned (or Standing Master); 

C) Type of action (e.g. parenting plan, divorce with or without property, landlord-tenant conflict, neighbor conflict, child-parent conflict, or other type of conflict). 

D) Deadline for Mediation. 

E) The names of each party, and the names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses for each counsel. 

F) How the mediator fee will be split and/or if you would like to be considered for sliding scale eligibility.
